All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier issues
- High order volume

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correctly formatted shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses that are incorrect, incomplete, or improperly formatted
Returned to Sender / Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Address formatting issues
- Delivery refusal by the recipient
- Failure to pick up the package from the carrier
Then the following will apply:
- Orders will only be eligible for a refund once the package has been returned to us.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A refund will be issued for the product cost only.
- If you would like the order reshipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the package and item so we can assist you.
